Fibromyalgia is an interesting condition that not much is known about. No one can say for sure what is the cause of it, or even why it is a condition that affects more women than men. Hot and Cold Therapy If Exercising is not Enough

Nerves have been known to react well to both warm and cold temperatures, but not always are the same from patient to patient. Some patients respond well to cold therapy with ice packs and ice baths while others respond well to heating pads and water aerobics in a heated pool.
